Plastic Injection Molds We have our own mold shop and stable mold design, production, and customer service team; mold production scheduling and quality management can be controlled throughout the whole process to perfectly match your production plan. We will update the progress report with the actual processing status to the customer once a week after the mold production is scheduled, so our client can supervise the whole process of mold making. We are capable of producing 2K molds, INSET molds, and unscrewing molds, and we specialize in hot runner molds and multi-cavity molds. After mold production enters the scheduling, we can usually arrange the mold trial process and send the sample within 30-40 days. Custom Injection Molding We have our own injection molding workshop, with injection molding machines from 50T to 800T; we have special injection molding machines for two-shot and transparent plastic injection machine. We can provide one-stop service from mold design, manufacturing to injection molding and product assembly, and we can also provide preliminary support such as prototype and 3D printing in the product development stage.
