Everything started with two grinding machines
It was 1997, and the boss with two apprentices, set up two grinding machines and rented a 30-square-meter processing site to undertake the scattered processing order for the surrounding mold factories.
Then gradually added milling machines, wire-cutting, CNC, slow-wire-cut, EDM, and injection molding machines. By 2006, the factory was able to process a qualified mold in-house completely.
In 2011, the company set up sales and quality control departments. and started to undertake international orders in a large-scale and systematic way.
The company’s operating philosophy is that a stable team is the first priority. The company has been inheriting two sets of talent recruitment strategies of master leading apprentice and hiring excellent engineers to establish a stable and expandable human resource guarantee system. This is the important cornerstone of our high-quality assurance of product quality.

In our tool shop, about 100 rich-experienced workers and an engineering team to assure high-quality molds for you.
There are 11 sets of injection machines range from 90 to 650 tons available for mold trial and molding, as well as a small assembly line.
8 EDM (2 sets of Sodick with accuracy 0.005 mm /1 set JDLVM400T-A10S and 3 sets of DM40B with accuracy 0.01mm )
6 CNC ( 2 sets of Fanuc CNC with accuracy 0.005mm / 1 set of DAHLIH CNC and 1 set of BRIDGE TYPE NVP-2012 with molds up to 2 meters long etc.), and 1 spotting press.
6 Wire Cutting (2 sets of Sodick slow-wire-cut with accuracy 0.002mm / 5 sets of DK7735/40 quick-wire-cut with accuracy 0.02mm)
Prior to exporting mold and parts, we have a series of dimensions and quality checking.
The mold base inspection report, steel inspection report, IQC report, IPQC report, sample inspection report, etc, are carried out by our quality engineers with advanced measuring devices.
